Estate Sale of Alfred Dutton.

All items sold as-is, where-is with no warranty expressed or implied on function or condition (with exception to electronic items as stated below.)  There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid to arrive at the purchase price.  At the close of the auction the credit card on file will automatically be charged for online purchases.  Please ask questions before bidding as there are no refunds on purchases (The only exception being that electronics are guaranteed to work; you are responsible for testing the item and notifying Johnson Realty if it is non-working by 5:00 pm Friday, June 10th, 2022.  Item must be returned to Johnson Realty for refund).  Payment must be received prior to removal.  Lots will start closing at 7:00 PM on Tues., June 7th and will have a staggered close, meaning one lot will close every 30 seconds until all lots have closed.  Lots will soft close, meaning if a bid is received within 1 minute of close the item will automatically extend by 1 minute.  All online bids are legally binding and final.  Items become the buyer's responsibility at the close of the auction.  Removal & pickup will be Thursday June 9, 2022 between 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  No exceptions will be made for removal of items, it is the buyers responsibility to remove their items during the allotted removal time.  Items shall not be removed until those items have been paid in full.  Please bring valid ID matching the bidder registration to verify purchases.  Any item left after 8:00 pm on 6/9/2022 will no longer be available for pickup but will still have to be paid for according to the bidding terms.  Items located at "Outback Storage" in the alley of the senior center (209 N.
